RCDS Retreat Equips Nagorno-Karabakh Refugees with NGO Skills

On August 24-25, the second RCDS retreat  under the "Integration of Nagorno-Karabakh Refugees into Armenia's Analytical and NGO Sectors" program was held in Tsakhkadzor.

The course aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment in the NGO sector or to develop their own programs and seek funding.

The sessions were led by experts in various fields: Gevorg Hayrapetyan discussed "Protection of Personal Data," Christine Asatryan covered "Communication Skills," Anush Manucharyan provided insights on "How to Write a Competent CV and Prepare for a Job Interview," Hayk Hovhannisyan explored "How to Use Artificial Intelligence Tools," and Tatevik Tadevosyan shared strategies on "How to Apply for Grant Programs."

The speakers engaged with participants through discussions and Q&A sessions, offering valuable information and practical advice.
